Rolling out the week of September 12th, Stream is excited to announce a partnership with two of the leading Delivery and Online Ordering Systems available in the market - GrubHub and Flipdish, respectively.
Stream Co-Founder Brett Berman sees this as just the beginning, saying "restaurants are moving to an omni-channel approach and with technology at the forefront of that transition, Stream is making that shift seamless."
This alliance allows restaurants that leverage GrubHub (also includes Yelp, Eat24, and Seamless) and Flipdish for digital ordering purposes to utilize the Stream technology to centralize all orders, menus and analytics within one dedicated location - their existing Point-of-Sale. This not only saves the customer time and money, but also increases order accuracy while providing the best possible customer experience, both online and in-store.
Launched in 2004, GrubHub aims to service their restaurant clients by helping find new customers, build their business, while increasing sales through their technology. Flipdish, launched in 2015, promises business owners direct digital orders without having to list on aggregator platforms, at a lower cost, with more tools of control for their customers.
Flipdish President John DiLoreto is eager to extend this partnership between Flipdish and Stream, saying "We’re excited to partner with Stream. Not only can we use Stream for order ingestion for our merchant partners, but their on-boarding technology can automate and accelerate on-boarding for platforms like ours."
Stream is available at StreamOrders.com and can be activated in under 60 minutes. For more information email support@streamorders.com
